We will try our best to ship orders out as soon as possible but due to high demand orders will take up to 5-7 days to process plus an additional 3-5 days for USPS shipping with tracking.

ARE YOUR PLUSHIES SAFE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3?
No, they are not. My plushies contain safety eyes and sometimes small buttons, which makes them unsafe for tiny humans. They CAN be a choking hazard. However, if you place a custom order you can request to have the eyes embroidered.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUNDS POLICY?
We do not accept refunds. If you have an issue with your order please reach out by email on our contact page and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CROCHET PLUSHIE?
It is recommended that you handwash your crochet plush using a damp rag, soaked in some cold water mixed with detergent/dawn soap. After doing so lay the item out to dry.
WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
All items listed are available and ready to ship out. However, the shop is restocked once every month. Additional item(s) will also be list and update a few times a week. Restock date will always be listed in the bio on all socials.
